Yuma Ballet Theatre's Mission

As the original ballet company, 1979, in Yuma, our mission remains the same:

To encourage and promote the excellence of dance in Yuma and Arizona by nurturing the highest artistic and moral values in our dancers.

to train and educate young dancers in a professional environment of excellence

to provide professional quality dance performances to residents of the region

to fortify the Yuma artistic community through collaborations and resource sharing

to implement educational programs in public schools throughout the Yuma area

With an eye always on our glorious past, we cross into the 21st century ... with pride.
